We're a small team, so messages are answered in the order they arrive, usually within three business days. A clear subject line helps your note land with the right person.
Good reasons to write
- A room question. Send the measurements, which way the windows face and what your lease allows. Photos help. We can't promise a personal design consult for every message, but we read them all, and many become articles.
- A correction. If a dimension, price range, product detail or link in a post is wrong, tell us which article and what you found. Our editorial guidelines explain how corrections are handled.
- An image you think is yours. The steps are on our Images & Copyright page. Removal requests go to the front of the line.
- Your data. To access, correct or delete personal information, or to come off the email list, use the subject "Privacy request". The privacy policy has the details.
- The free planner. If the download link didn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us and we'll send it again.
For brands and PR
We don't sell links, sponsored guest posts or "dofollow" placements, so please skip those pitches. You're welcome to send product information, but it doesn't guarantee coverage, and anything we write about is held to the same editorial standards as the rest of the site. If we ever run a paid partnership, it will be clearly labeled.
